From the Provider

“I try to create the safest, most non-judgmental space possible—where no question is too small and every concern is worth bringing up. I want my patients to feel heard, supported and like we’re working together to find solutions that really fit their lives.”

About the Provider

After taking time to explore healthcare from different angles—including research and physical therapy—Dr. Tanya Saito discovered her calling in OB/GYN during medical school. She was drawn to the specialty’s unique combination of medicine, surgery and the ability to develop long-term relationships with patients. She finds deep meaning in being a steady, supportive presence through some of life’s most personal and pivotal moments.

Dr. Saito enjoys the variety that comes with practicing both obstetric and gynecologic care. She has particular interest in supporting adolescents and young adults navigating contraception, STI prevention, and menstrual health, as well as individuals experiencing perimenopause and menopause—a phase of life she believes deserves more attention and care. She also manages complex pregnancies and enjoys working with patients from all backgrounds.

Known for her calm presence and ability to meet people where they are, Dr. Saito brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to care. She is committed to building trust over time and ensuring that every patient feels empowered and respected—especially those especially those who’ve felt unseen, unheard or overlooked in healthcare.

Outside of work, she’s a lifelong West Coaster who enjoys hiking, yoga, cooking and reading. She also grew up dancing hula and is looking forward to reconnecting with that part of her identity.

I am so happy I switched my care here. I love the staff and was treated so well. Thank you!

I came here after having a really scary/bad experience at a primary care spot who was not knowledgeable and jumped to worst case scenarios. My Dr and entire care team was SO much better. Reassuring while staying honest, thoughtful and calm, knowledgeable and talked me through every step. It was a hard procedure to go through alone but I felt very taken care of and like they had my best interest at heart which helped a lot.
