From the Provider

“I help people get back to the parts of life they enjoy—moving freely, feeling confident, not constantly calculating where the nearest bathroom is or worrying about leaks. So much of aging well depends on staying active and connected. Pelvic floor issues can really interfere with that. Thankfully, we have many effective options to help.”

About the Provider

As a fellowship-trained, board-certified urogynecologist, Dr. Boyles helps patients treat urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, birth injury and other pelvic floor conditions that can deeply affect quality of life. She believes everyone deserves to move through life on their own terms without being held back by bladder urgency, accidental leaks, bulging or pelvic discomfort. Shaped in part by navigating her own cancer diagnosis, Dr. Boyles brings empathy and awareness to every patient conversation. For her, there’s no such thing as a small question; every interaction matters, and everyone deserves to be treated with care and respect, no matter their age.

Dr. Boyles offers a full range of treatments, from dietary adjustments and physical therapy to nerve stimulation, bulking agents, pessaries and surgical options with and without mesh. Her goal is always to find a plan that fits the person sitting in front of her, whether that means managing symptoms or pursuing long-term solutions. She also brings a thoughtful approach to how pelvic floor health relates to sexual wellbeing, particularly as we age. Her commitment to quality and outcomes extends beyond the clinic through leadership in local and national quality initiatives, including serving as vice chair and chair of The American Urogynecologic Society (AUGS) Quality Committee.

Outside of work, Dr. Boyles can be found hiking, paddleboarding, cooking or exploring the outdoors with her family and their dog. She speaks conversational French and is on the verge of becoming an empty nester. With more flexibility ahead, she looks forward to returning to her global volunteer work supporting pelvic health care in underserved communities.

Listen to episodes of Dr. Boyles’s podcast, “While You Wait,” where she combines medicine, science and experience to help patients understand their bladder, pelvic floor and steps they can take to improve their health.

Dr Boyles took the time to describe procedure I will need and answered my questions fully. Really happy to be working with her on my medical needs and upcoming surgery. Went above expectations to accommodate my surgery date. Working with Tezza for scheduling of appointments and surgery was also a great experience. She worked very hard to meet my needs.
