Bodies change—a lot. And while those changes can be confusing or even stressful, you don’t have to sort through them by yourself. Whatever your age or stage, WHA is here to help you understand what’s happening, what to expect and how to stay well, with care and support every step of the way.

You’re 13-20

Your body is undergoing major changes. Which makes this a great time to establish care. We’ll chat through routine care and exams, contraception options and everything else.

You’re 21-35

This time is all about maintaining good health, from preventative and STI screenings to trying—OR NOT—to get pregnant. We’re here to help you make the most of these years.

Your body is doing a lot, and the health things you need to keep up on—from Pap smears and breast health exams to pregnancy and postpartum care—can feel complex. We’ll help.

This natural and gradual transition may not always feel like either to you. WHA’s specialists help you anticipate and manage your symptoms as you move through perimenopause.

It’s that time. You’ve likely moved past OBGYN care at this point—a major milestone! Never hesitate to call on us to help manage any concerns that may arise, We’ll be there.

Schedule an Appointment

If you’re pregnant and want to begin care at WHA–or need to schedule an appointment during your pregnancy, call us! Find a provider and location here.

Please have your insurance information handy before you begin scheduling.

This will allow our teams to check whether your plan may require a referral for the care you need or to prepare benefits information to share with you at your visit. If you do not enter insurance information when scheduling, you may be asked to pay a $200-$500 deposit before receiving service.
